We collect data through the use of cookies and through requests for quotes.

The minimum data we need in order to draw up an offer is your surname, first name, an email address, and the information strictly necessary to determine the details of the financing or savings offer requested. For most enquiries this includes the date of birth, gender and the financial information needed to calculate the financing or savings offer. We require this information to ensure that the offer we submit is suited to your personal needs.

We invest in high-quality IT security and do everything in our power to ensure the security of our clients’ data. Our IT contractors provide only the equipment needed to run the site. The servers are administered by us and not by third parties. As our IT partners do not process the personal data we collect, compliance with our privacy policy is assured.

European data protection law means that all storage and processing of the data you entrust to us is subject to strict security procedures to prevent any unauthorised access by third parties. In this respect, we ensure that your data is processed solely by persons approved by the competent authorities in Luxembourg.

With your consent, we will disclose your data solely to the financial institution issuing the contract, where this is necessary for the issue of the financing or savings contract you have previously requested in writing or orally.

Our business is regulated by Luxembourg law governing the financial sector and is supervised by the CSSF. In that framework, Luxembourg’s statutory provisions relating to the financial sector govern the processing of personal data.

You have the right to request an extract of the data we hold about you and to request the rectification of that data at any time, in writing or by email.
To ensure data security, we must require valid proof of identity from you. We provide this extract free of charge by email. We ask for your understanding that we charge an administrative fee for delivery by post.
